It is only if we take this opinion as a criticism of ourselves, if we allow it to enter into us, that it becomes a judgement &#8211; our own.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Self-Forgiveness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We all mess up, usually unintentionally, but often with the best of intentions.
