Being in nature is beneficial for physical and mental health and particularly helpful when suffering from low mood or anxiety. Walking on the Downs is less formal than meeting in a counselling room and therefore potentially less daunting.<\/p>\n<p>Exploring the paths and observing the natural surrounding can help to gain insights and solutions to life\u2019s challenges. Moving along a path or through an open field is a beautiful metaphor for walking through life with all its changes and might be just the right process to become unstuck. At the same time it is the perfect place to practice mindfulness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I still offer for this service a free 25-minute initial session.
